目的调查陕西省中学体育教师的职业倦怠现状。方法采用《教师职业倦怠量表》对陕西省7市532名中学体育教师进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 19.0对问卷数据进行描述分析、差异显著性检验。结果 1陕西省中学体育教师的职业倦怠症状普遍存在(60.5%),高于主科教师的职业倦怠(t=5.50,P<0.05),而且成就感低于主科教师的成就感(t=3.58,P<0.05),情感耗竭、人格解体分别高于主科教师的情感耗竭与人格解体(t=25.78、2.94,均P<0.05)。2职业倦怠在学段、职务、获奖、职称以及教龄因素上差异有统计学意义(t=-2.52、2.18、2.77,F=4.09,5.37,均P<0.05)。3情感耗竭在职务、学段、城乡、职称、教龄因素上差异有统计学意义(t=2.98、-6.42、-4.78,F=10.97、6.16,均P<0.05);低成就感在职称、教龄、学段、城乡、职务及获奖因素上差异有统计学意义(F=10.59、6.08、t=4.65、2.97、4.77、6.95,均P<0.05);人格解体在职称因素上差异有统计学意义(F=8.74,P<0.05)。结论陕西省中学体育教师的职业倦怠明显而普遍,不同人口学属性教师的倦怠症状存在不同程度的差异。
Objective To investigate the current situation of occupational burnout among middle school PE teachers in Shaanxi Province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 532 middle school physical education teachers in 7 cities of Shaanxi Province by using the “Teacher Burnout Scale”. SPSS 19.0 was used to describe and analyze the questionnaire data, and the significance test was conducted. Results 1 The occupational burnout symptoms of middle school PE teachers in Shaanxi Province were common (60.5%), higher than those of teachers (t = 5.50, P <0.05), and their sense of accomplishment was lower than that of teachers (t = 3.58, P <0.05). Emotional exhaustion and personality breakdown were higher than those of teachers in main science (t = 25.78 and 2.94, all P <0.05). (2) There was significant difference in occupational burnout, job title, award, professional title and teaching age (t = -2.52,2.18,2.77, F = 4.09,5.37, all P <0.05). 3 emotional exhaustion in the job, school, urban and rural areas, job title, teaching age factors were statistically significant (t = 2.98, -6.42, -4.78, F = 10.97,6.16, both P <0.05) There were significant differences in teaching age, school section, urban and rural areas, job title and awarding factors (F = 10.59,6.08, t = 4.65,2.97,4.77,6.95, all P <0.05) Significance (F = 8.74, P <0.05). Conclusions The occupational burnout of middle school PE teachers in Shaanxi Province is obvious and common. There are different degrees of burnout symptoms in different demography teachers.
