党的十三届四、五、六中全会的召开,犹如强劲的东风,给芦沟矿带来了生机和活力。企业实行承包6年,是芦沟矿有史以来发展速度最快,经济效益最好的时期。 郑州矿务局芦沟矿始建于1967年,1972年底简易投产,设计生产能力60万吨,移交核定生产能力34.6万吨,现有职工3452名。由于矿井先天不足、后天失调、加之十年动乱的影响,1986年以前年产量一直在26万吨上下徘徊,投产十几年,已换了14任领导。当时的局面是:产量年年欠、亏损季季增、工资月月减,职工想法走,成为闻名全省的“四大难矿” 之一。
