作为2016年长期霸屏的新名词,席卷全国的共享自行车已经迈入抢占市场、比拼服务的快速发展阶段。在解决“最后一公里”出行痛点的同时,如何更好地保障这个新兴市场有序竞争、规范发展,在“两会”期间引起了参会代表们的热议。在上海,更是早已将这种议论上升至付诸实践层面,一次旨在依托标准化手段、实现跨前一步监管、回应社会关切的有益尝试正在布局。
