随着社会发展,日常管理理念正在向企业化管理模式转变,疾控中心的管理坚持“以人为本”的原则在中心的日常工作中实施人性化管理。这是疾控中心管理的一个重要组成部分,它将思想和管理对策融入到了疾控文化的全过程,其实质就是在疾控管理和服务过程中实施人性化管理。以人为主体、强调人与人之间的合作意识。本文对如何在疾控管理中实施人性化管理,从出发点、基本内容及在实际中的应用进行了简单的分析和思考。
With the development of society, the concept of daily management is changing to the mode of enterprise management. The management of CDC has adhered to the principle of “putting people first” and implemented humane management in the daily work of the center. This is an important part of CDC management. It incorporates ideas and management measures into the whole process of CDC. Its essence is to implement humane management in CDC and service.
