为了实现职工思想政治工作群众化,我们开滦矿务局工会配合局党委,积极引导职工开展自我教育,明道理,辩是非,解放思想,转变观念,收到较好效果。自1986年以来,我们先后在2700多个生产班组设立了工人理论辅导员;391个区科成立了工人理论小组;19个矿、厂组建了工人思想政治工作研究会;局成立了开滦工人理论活动者学会,形成了有5225人参加的“四级”(局、矿厂、区科、班组)工人理论工作网。在改革教育中,我们充分发挥矿区工人理论队伍熟悉基层、扎根群众的优势,引导他们面向实际,面向改革,扎扎实实开展了富有成效的理论宣传和思想教育活动。

In reforming education, we have given full play to the theoretical ranks of mine workers who are familiar with grassroots work and rooted in the masses and guided them to carry out fruitful theoretical and ideological education in a down-to-earth manner in a down-to-earth manner.
