辐射交联聚乙烯热收缩带在辽河油田油建一公司研究所研制成功并在油田推广使用。该项研究成果解决了夹克管、泡沫夹克管、管中管、沥青管等补口密封的配套问题;提高了整体防腐保温性能;延长了管道的使用寿命。聚乙烯热收缩带以聚乙烯为基材,加入色料(炭黑)防老剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂等,经挤出机挤出成基材,再经辐射交联处理而制得。与普通聚乙烯相比,无论是机械强度、耐老化性能、耐温、耐环境应力开裂及使用寿命都有提高。基材厚度0.5~1.2mm。热收缩带底胶,选用M-876型,HM-2型热熔胶,厚度0.4~0.6mm。这种胶能在低
