FRIPP柴油深度加氢脱硫技术工业应用

我国国Ⅲ标准柴油要求硫含量小于350μg/g,国Ⅳ标准柴油要求硫含量小于50μg/g。洛阳石化增上的2.6Mt/a柴油加氢装置,采用抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)新开发的FH-UDS催化剂。该催化剂加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性高,对原料适用性强,可以在较高空速、较低氢油比条件下加工各类柴油原料,生产硫含量小于350μg/g的柴油产品,若调整工艺条件,亦可生产硫含量小于50μg/g的低硫柴油,是生产低硫柴油的理想催化剂,尤其适合处理以直馏柴油为主,掺炼二次加工柴油的混合原料。洛阳石化2.6Mt/a柴油加氢装置运行结果表明:原料和操作条件达到设计要求;在反应压力为7.55MPa、体积空速为2.42h-1、平均反应温度为365℃、氢油体积比为386.9等工艺条件下,加工焦化柴油、直馏柴油、催化柴油和焦化汽油等混合原料,生产出硫含量小于350μg/g的清洁柴油。 China’s standard Ⅲ diesel requires sulfur content less than 350μg / g, the country Ⅳ standard diesel requires sulfur content of less than 50μg / g. Luoyang Petrochemical increased 2.6Mt / a diesel hydrogenation unit, using Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute (FRIPP) newly developed FH-UDS catalyst. The catalyst has high activity of hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation, has strong applicability to raw materials, can process all kinds of diesel raw materials under conditions of high space velocity and low hydrogen to oil ratio, and can produce diesel products with sulfur content less than 350μg / g. If Adjusting the process conditions, it can also produce low-sulfur diesel oil with sulfur content less than 50μg / g, which is an ideal catalyst for producing low-sulfur diesel oil. It is especially suitable for processing mixed raw materials mainly composed of straight-run diesel and blended secondary diesel. The operating results of Luoyang Petrochemical 2.6Mt / a diesel hydrogenation unit show that the raw materials and operating conditions meet the design requirements. Under the conditions of reaction pressure of 7.55MPa, space velocity of 2.42h-1, average reaction temperature of 365 ℃, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 386.9 and other process conditions, the processing of coking diesel, straight-run diesel, catalytic diesel and coke gasoline and other mixed raw materials to produce sulfur content of less than 350μg / g of clean diesel.
