通过实验室试验确定了由Al_2O_3含量不同的矿石生产的烧结矿性能。所用的铁矿是西澳大利亚纽曼山矿产有限公司的瓦列拜克(Whaleback)矿山的矿石。Al_2O_3在矿石中以高岭上形态存在,所生产的熔剂性烧结矿的碱度(CaO/SiO_2)为1.7,Al_2O_3含量为2.0%~2.8%。对该烧结矿进行了转鼓强度、低温还原粉化和还原性能等试验。试验结果指出,烧结生产中变化不大,与普通烧结厂操作方法基本一致,所生产的烧结矿强度、还原性和RDI(还原粉化率)稳定。对烧结矿的矿物学研究确定了Al_2O_3的赋存类型和分布,结果还指出,来自高岭土脉石的Al_2O_3对烧结矿性能无明显影响。
Through laboratory experiments, the properties of sinter produced from ores with different contents of Al_2O_3 were determined. The iron ore used is the ore of the Whaleback mine in Newman Hill, Western Australia. The Al 2 O 3 is present in the kaolinite form in the ore. The fluxed sinter produced has a basicity (CaO / SiO 2) of 1.7 and an Al 2 O 3 content of 2.0% -2.8%. The sinter was drum strength, low temperature reduction pulverization and reduction performance test. The test results show that the sintering production changes little, and the basic operation of the sintering plant is basically the same, the production of sinter strength, reduction and RDI (reduction pulverization rate) stability. The mineralogy of sinter determined the type and distribution of Al 2 O 3. The results also showed that Al 2 O 3 from kaolinite had no significant effect on sinter performance.
