作者以湖南省邵东县公安交警队1987年——1990年的交通事故档案为材料,描述了公路车祸的流行特征。结果表明:公路车祸随着车辆的增加逐年增多,寒冷及国庆、春节等重大节假日是车祸的高发季节,一日中上午10—12时,下午16—18时为车祸的两个高峰时期,事故原因为盲目快车,技术不熟练,阴雨视线障碍为主,车型以大货车为主;路面以干支线最多,车系以全民、个体、集体车占绝大多数;农民、学生和儿童为车祸事故的主要受害者,直接经济损失巨大,提出了普及全民道路安全知识、全方位加强对行车安全管理的建议。
Based on the traffic accident archives of Shaodong County Public Security Traffic Police of 1987-1990 in Hunan Province, the author described the prevailing characteristics of road traffic accidents. The results show that the number of road accidents increases with the number of vehicles increasing year by year. The major holidays such as cold and National Day and Spring Festival are the peak season of car accidents. The peak time is from 10 to 12 am in the morning and from 16 to 18 pm in the afternoon. Blind express train, unskilled technique, rain and sight disorder, vehicle mainly to large trucks; the most dry roads to the road, the car to the whole people, individuals, collective cars accounted for the vast majority; peasants, students and children as the main accident car accident The victims, who suffered huge direct economic losses, put forward the proposal of popularizing the knowledge of universal road safety and comprehensively strengthening the management of traffic safety.
