Following the official implementation of the code of conduct for “ten noes” by Wuhan citizens, a seminar on social morality jointly organized by Propaganda Department of CPC Wuhan Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Party Committee Research Office, Municipal Government Research Office, Municipal Civilization Office, Municipal Academy of Social Sciences and Municipal Political Science Society , Has been held recently. The conference received 73 papers and nearly 120 relevant leading cadres, practitioners and theorists from academics and scholars in urban construction and management gathered together to discuss the following issues in a warm-hearted manner.
