教育管理的目的在于促进教育更快的进步和发展,只有对教育管理进行不断地创新,才能使其更好地为教育服务。而大学体育教学管理需要将教学目标具体化,以及制定和贯彻实施相关的管理规章制度。虽然随着教学改革的深入,大学体育教育管理取得了一定的成绩,但是其存在的管理瓶颈仍然限制了其进一步的发展,正确认识存在的问题并找到相应的改进措施已经成为大学体育教育发展的当务之急。
The purpose of education management is to promote faster progress and development of education. Only by constantly innovating education management can we make it serve education better.
