目的：研究食管贲门癌患者手术前后心率失常的变化。方法：手术前后常规心电图检查，术中心电图连续监测。结果：术前心电图异常６ 例，术中术后心率失常１０ 例，心率失常常出现于麻醉诱导气管插管期开胸探查术，术后发生心率失常多为弓上吻合者。提示：术中心率失常的预防关键在于精细解剖，轻柔操作，减少对血管、心脏的刺激，避免任何增加心肌耗氧量的因素。
Objective: To study the changes of arrhythmia before and after surgery in patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer. METHODS: Routine electrocardiogram examinations were performed before and after surgery, and electrocardiograms were continuously monitored. RESULTS: There were 6 cases of abnormal electrocardiogram before operation, 10 cases of arrhythmia during and after operation. Heart rate loss often occurred during anesthesia-induced tracheal intubation during thoracotomy. Postoperative arrhythmias were mostly bow anastomosis. Tips: The key to the prevention of abnormal center rate lies in fine anatomy, gentle operation, reducing the stimulation of blood vessels and heart, and avoiding any factors that increase the oxygen consumption of the myocardium.
