本文设计了基于ACR体模的磁共振层厚自动测量软件,通过分析传统测量的原理,找到了自动测量的方法。结果发现,利用MATLAB图像处理功能可实现层厚的自动测量。该软件的开发是实现磁共振图像质量控制自动评价软件的关键一步,对磁共振质量控制自动评价系统具有重要意义。
In this paper, an automatic measurement software of magnetic resonance layer thickness based on ACR phantom was designed. By analyzing the principle of traditional measurement, an automatic measurement method was found out. The results show that the use of MATLAB image processing can be achieved automatically measure layer thickness. The development of this software is a key step to realize the automatic evaluation software of magnetic resonance image quality control, which is of great significance to the automatic evaluation system of quality control of magnetic resonance.
