1988年,全国少工委、全国儿童少年协调委员会、辅导员杂志社和中共电视台共同举办了“全国少先队辅导置技能技巧竞赛”。这一竞赛成功地开创了辅导员队伍建设的新途径。同时,也全面地层示了八十年代少先队辅导员的风采。16年过去了,今年的10月我有幸作为评委参加了由全国少工委主办的“首届全国少先队辅导员风采大赛”,感到十分欣慰。亲眼目睹了大赛中激烈的角逐和多姿多彩的内容与形式,让我们进一步明确了新世纪少先队教育的时代要求,更领略了新一代少先队辅导员的风貌与才华。这一切让我深刻地感受到了少先队事业的与时俱进和开拓创新。
In 1988, the National Youth Work Committee, the National Coordinating Committee for Children and Adolescents, the Counselors Magazine and the CCTV co-hosted the National Young Pioneers Counseling Skills Skill Contest. This competition has successfully created a new way of counselor team building. At the same time, it fully demonstrated the style of young pioneers counselors in the 1980s. Sixteen years have passed. In October of this year, I was fortunate to have participated as the judges in the “First Young Pioneers Counselor’s Style Competition” sponsored by the National Youth Work Committee. I am very pleased. Having witnessed the fierce competitions and colorful contents and forms in the competition, let us further clarify the requirements of the education of the Young Pioneers in the new century and even more appreciate the style and talent of the young Pioneers counselors. All this made me feel deeply that the career of Young Pioneers progressed with the times and pioneered and innovated.
