本文采用石膏轧辊轧制蜡泥的实验方法,对热轧角钢时金属在自由宽展平底切分孔型中的变形规律进行了模拟实验。通过对实验数据的整理和分析,找出了影响轧件在平底切分孔型中宽展和顶角充满度的主要因素;从而建立起计算宽展系数和顶角充满度的回归方程。与实验室轧制钢件的数据相比较,在一定摩擦条件下,蜡泥试样的变形规律与钢件的变形规律十分相近。因而用石膏轧辊轧制蜡泥试样回归的方程,可较精确地预报出角钢切分孔型中钢件宽展系数和顶角充满度的数值。
In this paper, the experimental method of gypsum roll waxing was used to simulate the deformation of the metal in the free widening and flat bottom hole pattern of hot-rolled angle steel. Finishing and analyzing the experimental data, the main factors that affect the rolling width and the fullness of the apex angle in the flat-bottomed cut pattern are found out, and the regression equation for calculating the span coefficient and the filling angle is established. Compared with the data of the laboratory rolled steel, the deformation law of the wax mud sample and the steel deformation are very similar under a certain frictional condition. Therefore, the gypsum roll rolling wax sample regression equation, can be more accurately predict the angular split steel hole width coefficient and the value of fullness.
