随着材料科学研究的不断深入,基体亚结构的分析越来越引起人们的重视。尤其是基体“嵌镶尺寸”和“显微畸变”大小的测定已逐渐成为常规分析内容。被广泛采用的近似函数法和付氏分析法,就其方法本身来说,到目前已近完善。但真正用于解决实际问题,还应做一些深入的工作。尤其是数据处理过程中的一些问题,应进一步研究,尽可能地统一认识,依据实际情况,选择比较合理的数据处理步骤。本文拟讨论两种Ka1和Ka2双重线分离方法的比较;两种数据平滑方法的比较以及对结果的影响。
With the continuous deepening of material science research, the analysis of matrix sub-structure has drawn more and more attention. In particular, the determination of the size of the matrix “mosaic size ” and “microscopic distortion ” has gradually become a routine analysis. The approximate function method and the Fu’s method, which are widely used, are almost complete by now for the method itself. But really used to solve practical problems, but also to do some in-depth work. In particular, some problems in the process of data processing should be further studied, as much as possible to unify their understanding, according to the actual situation, choose a more reasonable data processing steps. This article discusses the comparison of two Ka1 and Ka2 dual line separation methods; the comparison of the two data smoothing methods and their impact on the results.
