我厂使用的廻转窑領圈直径为3650及4350毫米,較窑体直径略大500～600毫米,每个領圈承重150吨左右。在150°～200℃的溫度下承托窑体周轉运行,它是廻轉窑的主要另件。领圈按型式可以分为箱形和矩形两种,在耗用同量金属的条件下,箱形領圈具有刚度大、稳定性好、摩損較輕等优点。但是箱形領圈鑄造較繁,內应力不易消除,因此它的表面易生横向裂紋(見图1)。裂紋长度一般为领圈工作表面寬度的30—80%。領圈发現裂紋現象,应該及时加以处理,否則必将裂断。
