分析认为,随着铁分的逐步提高,每1%含铁量影响焦比的效果是递减的,共原因是:影响焦比不变因素的渣量热消耗,是随铁分增高而减少;铁分升高的化学动力学影响,不仅取决于矿石品位,而且与矿石的冶炼性能有关。因此,不顾及矿石品位级差、矿石性质、冶炼条件,提出矿石品位提高1%,影响焦比2%的数据是有待探讨的。本文分析认为,在鞍钢现有冶炼条件下,矿石品位每提高1%(扣除CaO),影响焦比1.5%。同时认为,在提高矿石品位的同时,注意改善其冶炼性能是原料准备的重要环节。
The analysis shows that with the gradual increase of iron content, the effect of 1% iron content on the coke ratio decreases. The total reason is that the heat consumption of the slag, which affects the invariable coke constant, decreases with increasing iron content. The influence of chemical kinetics on the increase of iron content depends not only on the grade of the ore but also on the smelting performance of the ore. Therefore, regardless of the grade of ore grade, ore properties, smelting conditions, proposed ore grade 1% increase, affect the coke ratio 2% of the data to be explored. This analysis shows that, with the existing smelting conditions in Anshan Iron and Steel, ore grade increased by 1% (excluding CaO), affecting the coke ratio of 1.5%. At the same time, we believe that while improving the quality of ore, paying attention to improving its smelting performance is an important part of raw material preparation.
