本文主要研究不同含量的钴、硫酸以及硫酸钴对测定镁的影响。随着钴、硫酸和硫酸钴含量的增加,镁的吸光度下降。实验证明加入一定量的硝酸镧和氯化锶都不能消除这种干扰。经合成硫酸钴加镁的方法证明了只有在待测样品与标准溶液中硫酸钴的含量相等时,测得结果与加入的镁量完全一致,否则产生偏差得到不真实的结果。
This article mainly studies the different content of cobalt, sulfuric acid and cobalt sulfate on the determination of magnesium. With the cobalt, sulfuric acid and cobalt sulfate content increases, magnesium absorbance decreased. Experiments show that adding a certain amount of lanthanum nitrate and strontium chloride can not eliminate this interference. The method of synthesizing cobalt sulfate and magnesium shows that only when the content of cobalt sulfate in the sample to be measured and the standard solution are equal, the measured result is exactly the same as that of the added magnesium, or the result of the deviation is unrealistic.
