高职学生参加课外体育活动的现状既反映多年来体育教学的成效,又在一定程度上预示着将来高职学生步入社会后是否能继续参与体育活动。随着社会的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,新兴文体活动不断涌现。在这种背景下,采用问卷调查法等,对辽宁地质工程职业学院等20所高职学校的学生参加课外体育活动的现状进行研究分析,以点带面解答疑问,寻找对策,并提出合理的意见和建议,为辽宁省高职院校体育课程改革提供一些参考。
The status quo of vocational students participating in extracurricular sports activities not only reflects the effectiveness of physical education over the years, but also to some extent indicates whether the vocational students will continue to participate in physical activities after entering the society. With the development of society and the constant improvement of people’s living standards, emerging cultural and sports activities are emerging. Under this kind of background, we use the questionnaire method to study and analyze the present situation of extracurricular sports activities of students in 20 higher vocational schools, such as Liaoning Geological Engineering Vocational College, to answer the questions and find the countermeasures with the point and the surface, and put forward the reasonable opinions and suggestions , To provide some references for the PE curriculum reform in Liaoning vocational colleges.
