结合煤炭企业的特点,借鉴国内外发展企业集团的经验,煤炭企业组建企业集团时应坚持以下原则:1.要按客观经济规律办事。在组建之初.大型企业集团不宜太多,但要规范,以更好地发挥样板的示范作用。2.要强化资产联结纽带,建立母子公司体制。主要以参股、控股办法,即母公司向成员企业投资入股,形成紧密的资产联合纽带,建立母子公司体制。3.注意壮大母公司实力,发展一批子公司和孙公司,形成多层次结构的集团公司。4.以《公司法》规范企业集团的内部管理体制。一定要改变“工厂制”管理方式,逐步向
