目的;探讨脑梗死急性期红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能变化与血清—氧化氮(NO)含量的相关关系。方法:测定32例脑梗死急性期患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)和血清NO含量。结果:脑梗死组与正常对照组比较RBC-C3RR显著降低,RBC-ICR显著增高,血清NO含量显著增高(P<0.01),RBC-C3bRR与血清NO含量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死急性期患者RCIA功能降低与体内NO增高有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of erythrocyte immune adhesion (RCIA) function and the level of serum nitric oxide (NO) in the acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods: RBC-C3bRR, RBC-ICR and serum NO were measured in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the RBC-C3RR was significantly decreased, the RBC-ICR was significantly increased, the serum NO content was significantly increased (P <0.01), while the RBC-C3bRR was negatively correlated with the serum NO level . Conclusion: The decrease of RCIA function in patients with acute cerebral infarction may be related to the increase of NO in the body.
