使用N-脂-1,3-丙二胺二油酸酯(TDO),对萤石、重晶石、方解石、氟碳鈰矿和独居石进行了ξ电位测定和浮选试验。在pH5~10范围内,TDO呈两性离子,此时所有矿物的浮选回收率都较高。在此相同pH范围内,在TDO存在情况下,与不存在TDO相比,除方解石外,矿物的ξ电位值都趋于较大的正值。另一方面,方解石的电位值则趋于较大的负值。就这几种矿物而言,在获得高浮选回收率的某一pH值,ξ电位的变化是最大的。TDO在每一种矿物上的吸附都被解释为它对矿物成分离子的化学亲和力。
Zeta potential measurements and flotation tests were performed on fluorite, barite, calcite, bastnaesite and monazite using N-lipid-1,3-propanediamine dioleate (TDO). In the pH range of 5 ~ 10, TDO was zwitterion, when all minerals flotation recovery are higher. In this same pH range, in the presence of TDO, the zeta potential values of minerals tend to have larger positive values than calcite in the absence of TDO. On the other hand, calcite potential tends to have a larger negative value. For these types of minerals, the change in zeta potential is greatest at a pH that gives a high flotation recovery. The adsorption of TDO on each mineral is interpreted as its chemical affinity to the mineral constituent ions.
