慢性粒细胞白血病(简称慢粒)是肿瘤性骨髓增生性疾病,在人类肿瘤性疾病中最早发现慢粒具有特异性染色体改变,多年来对慢粒的细胞遗传学研究表明其对慢粒的诊断、急变的预测、预后判断及病因探索等方面都有着十分重要的意义。本室自1979~1990年对136例慢粒进行了一次或多次染色体检查,现将结果报道如下。 资料与方法
