10多年来我们应用“干热分级新型燃烧方式”先后对12台6种炉型的工业锅炉进行了大量的改炉试验,经有关单位测试表明,已取得了明显的节能并增大出力和煤种适应性强的效果,但由于钢材消耗多、改炉费用高、改造后运行不够稳定等原因,未能很快地推广应用。此次在河北省河间县水泥制品厂改造的KZW_(2-8)—A型锅炉,达到了降低钢材及有关材料消耗、降低成本、缩短投资回收期、减少操作人员的劳动强度等目的。现从几个方面说明
