目的:考察团队心理训练对新兵心理健康水平的影响。方法:125 名新兵分为2 个训练团队,分别于训练前后进行症状自评量表(SCL -90)、人际关系量表的测试,将测试结果进行分析,并于心理训练5个月后进行随访。结果:(1)心理训练后的团队,人际关系和恐怖因子阳性的人数比未经心理训练的团队明显减少,差异显著(P<0 .05);(2)心理训练后团队的总分值,阳性项目和人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神因子分值明显低于未经心理训练的团队,差异显著(P<0 .05);(3)第2 个心理训练团队训练前总分值,阳性项目和躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、精神因子分值均高于中国新兵常模,差异显著(P<0 .05),心理训练后除躯体化和阳性项目分值高于常模外,其余各项差异均无显著性(P>0 .05);(4)全体新兵心理训练后在人际关系方面有明显改善,差异显著(P<0 .);(5)新兵SCL -90 的多项因子分值保持稳定或降低,个别因子分值有所增高。结论:对新兵进行团队心理训练可以提高新兵心理适应能力和心理健康水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of team psychological training on recruits psychological health. Methods: A total of 125 recruits were divided into two training groups. Conclusion: Team training of recruits can improve recruits psychological adaptability and mental health.
