本文认为东莞市大多数离退休干部理解、支持国家离退休政策,并十分关心国家人才培养和青少年一代的健康成长问题,希望自己为国家贡献余热。他们普遍都有孤独感,建议东莞市政府加强对他们的照顾和管理,建立一所老年大学。 This paper argues that most retired cadres in Dongguan understand and support the national retirement policy and are very concerned about the national talent cultivation and the healthy growth of the adolescent generation. They hope that they will contribute their own spare heat to the country. They generally have a sense of loneliness, suggesting that the Dongguan municipal government should strengthen their care and management of them and set up an elder university.
