采用电化学法测出了铜含量对镍基耐蚀合金在80%硫酸、30%盐酸和6%三氯化铁溶液中的阳极极化曲线,并对极化曲线中的特征值进行了分析,研究了铜含量对合金电化学腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:铜含量为3%的合金在80%的硫酸中最耐蚀;铜含量的升高会降低其在还原性酸中的耐蚀性;铜含量为2%时,镍基耐蚀合金在6%三氯化铁溶液中最不耐蚀。
The anodic polarization curve of copper content in nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy in 80% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid and 6% ferric chloride was determined by electrochemical method. The eigenvalues of the polarization curves were also analyzed , The effect of copper content on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of the alloy was studied. The results show that the alloy containing 3% Cu is the most corrosion resistant among the 80% sulfuric acid. The increase of Cu content will reduce the corrosion resistance of the alloy in reducing acid. When the content of Cu is 2% In 6% ferric chloride solution the most corrosion-resistant.
