临床上许多情况都可应用持续气道正压通气(CPAP),但经面罩实施CPAP并未引起人们重视。目前认为只要病人选择恰当,面罩法CPAP还是有效而安全的。应用CPAP可纠正动脉低氧血症和改善呼吸作功。应用CPAP可增加急性限制性肺疾患病人的功能残气量(FRC)和改善通气/灌流比值,减少肺内右向左的分流,增进动脉氧合。FRC增大,肺顺应性改善,呼吸时弹缩所作的功也减少。作为一种支持手段,CPAP能提供消除肺部潜在病变所需的时间,因为吸入氧浓度(F_1O_2)稍低的病人的动脉氧
Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) can be applied in many cases of clinical practice, but CPAP through the mask has not drawn much attention. Currently considered as long as the patient choose the right CPAP mask method is still effective and safe. Application of CPAP can correct arterial hypoxemia and improve respiratory work. CPAP can increase the functional residual capacity (FRC) and improve the ventilation / perfusion ratio in patients with acute restrictive lung disease, reduce right to left lung shunt, and improve arterial oxygenation. Increased FRC, improved lung compliance, and reduced work done during respiration on breathing. As a supportive measure, CPAP can provide the time needed to eliminate potential lesions in the lungs because aspiration of arterial oxygen in patients with slightly lower oxygen concentrations (F_1 O_2)
