低碳钢经淬火强化可以获得板条状的低碳马氏体组织,具有高的强度与良好的塑性及韧性。我厂生产的纺织机械零件下拉钩,用淬火强化的A_3或20钢制造,取代了可锻铸铁,经装车运转试验结果,使用寿命可提高十倍以上,而且零件尺寸精度高,机器运转平稳,纺织物质量有所提高。实践证明,低碳钢的淬火强化效果,除受钢材的化学成分、加热温度、保温时间及冷却介质等因素影响外,还与钢的原始组织状态、表面质量有关。我们从工厂实际出发,对这些影响因素进行了试验。
