为了观测矿井通风压力的变化,扇风机房内部都设置有U型压差计(水柱计)。按规定每一小时记录水柱读数一次,每年要接触到近9000个数据,对这些数据进行整理、分析,从中提取情报,认识规律,施行科学管理是很有意义的。为此,我们在统计分析矿井通风压力变化规律的基础上,沿用质量评估原理,设计建立了矿井通风压力评估分析制度,为在矿井通风工作中应用数理统计进行科学管理作了尝试。
In order to observe the change of mine ventilation pressure, the U-shaped differential pressure gauge (water column meter) is installed inside the fan room. According to the provisions of the hourly record of water column readings once every year to reach nearly 9,000 data, organize these data, analyze, extract intelligence, understanding of the law, the implementation of scientific management is of great significance. Therefore, on the basis of statistical analysis of the variation law of mine ventilation pressure, we use the principle of quality assessment to design and establish the assessment and analysis system of mine ventilation pressure, and make an attempt to apply scientific statistics to the scientific management in mine ventilation.
