房改一直是全社会都关注的问题,尽管多年来走走停停,但启动房产市场的行动各地均没停止过。一面无房者望眼欲穿,一方面价格昂贵的商品房少有人问津。一段时间里,房产市场低迷,房改陷入了进退维谷的境地。取消了福利分房,变房改实物化为房改货币化,这一以“居者有其屋”为目标的房改制度得到全社会普遍理解和欢迎。
