河北省邢台地区沙河轴承厂是一个新建不久的小厂,69年生产轴承时,由于缺乏钢球配套,影响了支援工农业生产。后来,全厂革命职工带着这个问题,认真学习毛主席著作,用“完全”、“彻底”的精神鞭策自己,他们想贫下中农所想,急农业生产所急,“自力更生”、“艰苦奋斗”,利用废旧材料制成一台土镦球机,造成了钢球,解决了轴承成品的配套问题,及时地支援了工农业生产。 土镦球机的三大件分别是利用水泥做底座,用工字钢焊制机身,用废轮做大皮带轮。其外形如图所示。 土镦球机技术性能如下。 1.可镦球径:<12毫米 2.生产效率:131粒/分钟 3.电机转速、功率:970转/分,13瓩 4.外形尺寸（长×宽×高）;2460× 1220×1700毫米
