以不同剂量前列腺素 E_2 作用于离体培养兔主动脉平滑肌细胞,观察其对细胞形态、生长性能和代谢的影响。结果显示不同剂量前列腺素 E_2 具有双相作用,即小剂量可促进 DNA 合成和细胞增生,轻度促进脂质过氧化反应,超微损伤较明显,而大剂量明显抑制 DNA 合成,轻度降低过氧化脂质的产生,超微变化轻微。上述所见与以往体内实验结果相一致。
Different concentrations of prostaglandin E 2 were used to culture rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells in vitro and their effects on cell morphology, growth performance and metabolism were observed. The results showed that different doses of prostaglandin E 2 have a biphasic effect, that is, small doses can promote DNA synthesis and cell proliferation, mildly promote lipid peroxidation, and ultra-micro damage, while large doses significantly inhibit DNA synthesis and slightly reduce The production of oxidized lipids is slightly altered. The above findings are consistent with the results of previous in vivo experiments.
