板桥水库复建工程溢流坝顶门机桥主梁先期用于施工栈桥, 后作为坝顶门机桥。主梁预制完毕后, 由于工期较紧, 施工栈桥仅采用2# 梁单梁独进方案, 主梁仍由 M Q540/30 型门式起重机起吊, 但单独2# 梁并不能完全承担起重机的最大工作轮压荷载。经对起重机各种工况下的性能分析、计算及2# 梁的承载力验算, 制定了 M Q540/30 起重机起吊工作时的控制措施, 实现了 2# 梁单梁独进的施工方案, 从而加快了施工进度。
Banqiao Reservoir Reconstruction Project Spillway roof crane bridge girder used for the construction of early trestle, after the bridge as a bridge at the top of the dam. After the prefabrication of the main girder, due to the tight construction period, the construction trestle only adopts the single beam single girder project of No. 2 girder, the main girder is still lifted by the M Q540 / 30 gantry crane, but the No. 2 girder alone can not completely bear the maximum working wheel of the crane Pressure load. Based on the performance analysis and calculation of various working conditions of crane and checking the carrying capacity of 2 # beam, the control measures of lifting crane M Q540 / 30 crane were worked out and the construction scheme of single beam with 2 # beam was realized, thus accelerating Construction Schedule.
