目的探讨血清白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、血清镁离子(magnesiumions,Mg)在妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)中的临床应用价值。方法检测GDM组78例、正常糖耐量(Normal glucose tolerance,NGT)组78例的IL-1空腹血糖(Fasting blood glucose,FBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fasting insulin,FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homeostasis model assessment-Insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)及血清Mg2+水平,统计数据进行相关性分析。结果 (1)GDM组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、IL-1水平均明显高于NGT组,血清Mg2+水平明显低于NGT组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。(2)IL-1与HOMA-IR具有显著正相关;IL-1与血清Mg2+具有显著负相关。结论 IL-1及血清Mg2+可能均参与GDM的发生与发展,IL-1作为炎性因子可能会促进GDM的发生、发展,血清Mg2+作为抑炎因子可能在维持正常妊娠中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum interleukin-1 (IL-1) and magnesium ions (Mg) in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods The levels of IL-1, fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), insulin resistance index (Insulin resistance index) in 78 GDM patients with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) -Insulin resistance, HOMA-IR) and serum Mg2 + levels, statistical analysis. Results (1) The levels of FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR and IL-1 in GDM group were significantly higher than those in NGT group, and the level of serum Mg2 + was significantly lower than that in NGT group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). (2) IL-1 and HOMA-IR have a significant positive correlation; IL-1 and serum Mg2 have a significant negative correlation. Conclusions Both IL-1 and serum Mg2 + may participate in the occurrence and development of GDM. IL-1 as an inflammatory factor may promote the occurrence and development of GDM. Serum Mg2 + as an anti-inflammatory factor may play an important role in maintaining normal pregnancy.
