目的探讨内外一体式吸引器头在外科手术中的应用价值。方法选取普通外科手术400例,随机分为对照组和观察组各200例。对照组术中采用传统吸引器头,观察组采用自制内外一体式吸引器头。结果观察组术中吸引器外套筒掉落率为0,对照组为9.5%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医生对吸引器头满意率为96.0%,对照组为68.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体式吸引器头操作方便,可避免手术中吸引器外套筒脱落,降低手术中可能存在的风险。
Objective To explore the value of internal and external integrated suction head in surgical operation. Methods 400 cases of general surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 200 cases. In the control group, the traditional aspirator head was used intraoperatively, while the observation group was self-made internal and external one-piece aspirator head. Results In the observation group, the drop rate of the outer sleeve of the aspirator was 0 in the control group and 9.5% in the control group, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the suction head was 96.0% 68.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion One-piece suction head is easy to operate, which can prevent the outer sleeve of the suction device from falling off during surgery and reduce the possible risks in the operation.
