川菜是中国八大菜系之一,起源于商周时期的巴蜀地区,拥有悠久的历史,是四川独特的文化标识。本文以川菜文化发源地区成都为例,深入调研川菜文化旅游发展的现状及存在问题,从旅游目的地体系构建角度出发,探讨川菜文化旅游景区、旅游城镇、旅游通道的建设,促进川菜文化与旅游业的深度融合,打造成都特色旅游品牌,弘扬川菜文化。
Sichuan cuisine is one of the eight major cuisines in China. It originated from the Bashu region during the Shang and Zhou dynasties. It has a long history and is a unique cultural symbol of Sichuan. Taking Chengdu, the birthplace of Sichuan cuisine as an example, this paper studies the status quo and existing problems of Sichuan cultural tourism and further discusses the construction of Sichuan cultural tourism spots, tourist towns and tourist routes from the point of view of tourism destination system construction, and promotes the culture and tourism of Sichuan cuisine The depth of industry integration, build tourism brand in Chengdu, carry forward Sichuan culture.
