一、概况钟山县花山水库是蓄水近5000万立方米的中型水库,设计灌溉效益8万亩,装机容量2000千瓦,输水隧洞长167米,过水流量11立方米/秒。隧洞进口为—高46米的钢筋混凝土圆形放水塔,放水塔下部内径2.5米,壁厚80厘米;上部内径2.7米,壁厚60厘米。在塔身不同高程和不同的方向上设置了分级放水闸5个。在塔身的上部伸出启闭机平台与交通侨相接。放水塔整个工程的混凝土量为575立方米。
