为探讨菜用型甘薯提纯复壮及茎尖产量,本研究以菜用甘薯新品种徐菜薯1号为试验材料,研究其茎尖分生组织培养、茎段快繁、移栽等相关技术及对茎尖产量进行分析,结果表明,在添加NAA 0.05 mg/L、6-BA 2.0 mg/L的MS培养基上,成苗率最高达48.3%;添加NAA 0.01 mg/L、6-BA 1.0 mg/L的MS培养基最适宜茎段快繁,其株高增高量可达9.2 cm/30d;经过炼苗的试管苗,再经25%多菌灵250倍液和IBA 5 mg/L水蘸根,移栽后叶面喷施壮苗灵1.5 g/L水处理,大田移栽成活率最高可达83.6%;菜用甘薯脱毒苗,其茎尖产量较非脱毒苗增产可达11.2%,较国家菜用甘薯区试对照品种‘福薯7-6’产量高,且产量差异达显著水平(P<0.01)。
