近期国家科委为了解决我国信息化建设进程中“有路缺车,有车无货,有货低质”的尖税矛盾,就加强信息资源建设提出以下意见: 1.充分认识信息资源建设的重要性。信息资源的开发和利用是信息化的核心内容,信息化的最终目的是快速、便捷、准确地向国内外信息市场和用户提供其所需的信息资源,信息化中计算机、网络、平台是手段,信息资源是基础,各级科技管理部门在信息化建设中要把开发和利用信息资源放在首位。
