凡受精卵在宫腔以外的器官或组织中着床并发育者──即宫外孕。宫外孕的发生率文献报导为０．５－２．６％［１］是妇产科常见急腹症之一。为了更好地提高宫外孕的诊断率，现就本院１９９７年６月到１９９８年５月之间经手术病理确诊的２０例宫外孕进行分析研究，报告如下：１
