高炉生产率被视为单位时间煤气流可能通过量与每吨铁水专用煤气之间的一个分配数。煤气流是提高高炉生产率的一个基本条件。为了加大煤气流,尤为重要的是要达到高炉每一区域的透气性。炉料质量和它们在炉内的特性在此方面起着主要作用。减少炉内生产1t铁水所需煤气量就会直接减少还原剂的单位消耗量。无故障运行和设备利用率高则是实现高炉生产率的更进一步的条件。
Blast productivity is taken as a distribution between the amount of gas flow per unit of time and the dedicated gas per tonne of hot metal. Gas flow is a basic condition for raising blast furnace productivity. In order to increase the gas flow, it is especially important to achieve the breathability of each area of the blast furnace. The charge quality and their characteristics in the furnace play a major role in this respect. Reduce the amount of gas required to produce 1t hot metal in the furnace will directly reduce the unit consumption of reductant. Trouble-free operation and high equipment utilization are further conditions for achieving blast furnace productivity.
