本文结合实际,强调设备润滑管理在组织机构系统化、工作流程化、目标明确化的前提下,首先要作好技术培训,搞好基础工作,实现教育工作经常化、各项制度科学化、考核评比与奖惩制度合理化。并要重点抓好设备润滑“五定”的深化改革工作;专群结合查漏治漏工作;互通信息和润滑技术革新工作;采用新技术、新工艺,应用新材料,成为工矿企业搞好设备润滑,减小机器磨损,提高设备完好率与节约能源的重要途径。
