首先以对叔丁基苯酚为原料,分别以R-T反应和Duff反应合成水杨醛衍生物中间产物.以吲哚,溴化物为原料,用相转移催化剂和NaI为催化剂,通过SN2反应合成碘化物中间体,并且确定了反应物的最佳配比为n(NaI)∶n(溴化物)∶n(吲哚)=1.5∶1∶0.7.通过缩合反应合成了含有叔丁基的两种螺吡喃光致变色化合物.分别通过元素分析,红外光谱,核磁共振等手段对合成的产物进行了表征,并应用紫外-可见吸收光谱对其光致变色性能进行了研究.
Firstly, p-tert-butylphenol was used as raw material to synthesize the intermediate of salicylaldehyde derivatives by RT reaction and Duff reaction respectively.Indazole and bromide were used as raw materials to synthesize iodide through SN2 reaction using phase transfer catalyst and NaI as catalyst And the optimal ratio of the reactants was determined as n (NaI): n (bromide): n (indole) = 1.5: 1: 0.7. Pyran photochromic compounds were synthesized and their products were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance, respectively. Their photochromic properties were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy.
