日本广岛铝工业公司新开发了采用液锻法制造出了耐久性好的铝合金气门摇臂。液锻法是低成本的铸造技术和能制造高性能零件的锻造技术相结合的产物。液锻法是采用铸造出形状适合于精锻的毛坯,再通过锻造精加工成形的制造方法。该公司正在进行在锻造整形的同时,对铸件积极地进行改质的试验,发现铸件的机械性能通过锻造,客易得到极大的提高。液锻法的特点如下: (1)无论什么形状的零件,都能一次锻造成形,特别是在锻造形状复杂的零件时,与需要多工序的形变合金材料的锻造相比,可望降低成本。
Japan’s Hiroshima Aluminum Industries, the new company has developed a liquid forging method to create a durable aluminum valve rocker arm. Liquid forging is a combination of low cost foundry technology and forging technology that makes high performance parts. Liquid forging method is used to cast a shape suitable for precision forging rough, and then by forging finishing manufacturing method. The company is conducting tests for the positive modification of castings while forging and shaping, and found that the mechanical properties of the castings are greatly improved by forging. The characteristics of the liquid forging method are as follows: (1) Forming a shape for any part of a shape, especially when forging a part with a complicated shape, is expected to reduce the cost compared with the forging of a deformed alloy that requires multiple steps.
