人才难留,这是当前国有企业普遍遇到的问题。我们四川攀钢集团钢铁研究院作为攀钢科技工作主体单位和人才的“聚集地”,自然也被这个问题所困扰。十年来,院高中级职称的技术人员净减少311人,本科以上学历人员减少159人,年均减幅均在10%左右。然而,同样在这十年间,我院共取得鉴定成果608项,荣获国家、省、市、攀钢各级科技进步奖478项,累计创造经济效益5.8亿元,分别比十年前增长89.4%、148.9%和4.6倍。这一增一减意味着什么?用一位老领导的话说,“不怕留不住人,就怕留不住心。”正是为了留住这些“心”,院领导班子虽
Talent is difficult to stay, which is the current state-owned enterprises generally encountered problems.
