吸收国内外同类机型的动力箱双输出轴先进技术结构方案 ,结合项目的研制和调试 ,使其满足双螺杆挤压机的传动动力要求。通过测量双输出轴转角误差值 ,按理论与计算值确定调整方向和齿数 ,使其在不增加制造成本的情况下达到高精度转角的要求。经实际应用 ,调整后可大幅度改善双输出轴偏差值 ,满足使用要求。
Absorption of similar models at home and abroad power box dual-output shaft advanced technology structure program, combined with the project development and commissioning to meet the twin-screw extruder transmission power requirements. By measuring the double output shaft angle error value, according to the theoretical and calculated value to determine the adjustment direction and the number of teeth, so that it does not increase the manufacturing cost to achieve high precision rotation requirements.
