2002年,最高人民检察院颁布了《检察职业道德规范》。2009年10月,最高人民检察院颁布《中华人民共和国检察官职业道德基本准则(试行)》。无独有偶,在海峡对岸,陈水扁案件正如火如荼的进行,2009年3月份以来扁案特侦组的检察官换人重组风波吸引了众多人关注,其核心关注点在于被换掉的两位检察官是否违背了检察官职业道德。
In 2002, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate promulgated the “procuratorial code of ethics.” In October 2009, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate promulgated the “Basic Norms of Professional Ethics of the Procurator of the People’s Republic of China (Trial)”. Coincidentally, on the other side of the Straits, the case of Chen Shui-bian is in full swing. Since March 2009, the prosecutors from the Panpecet investigation team have attracted the attention of many people. The core concern is whether the two prosecutors who were replaced are Contrary to prosecutor’s professional ethics.
