中央实施西部大开发战略,为西部省区的经济社会发展带来了难得的机遇。目前,西部省区正紧紧围绕西部大开发战略,从全局和战略的高度,精心研究,统筹规划,突出重点,远谋近施,确定发展思路,制定目标及措施。 陕西 明确六大发展思路 第一,加快以公路为重点的基础设施建设。今年计划完成全社会固定资产投资730亿元,力争突破800亿元。今年公路建设投资80亿元,新增公路里程1000公里,新开工的有西安汉中高速、榆靖高速、西康公路秦岭隧道等项目;西安—武汉、西安—合肥高速公路等项目也已进入国家盘子。

This year, the investment in highway construction will be 8 billion yuan and the mileage of new roads will be increased to 1,000 kilometers. Xi’an-Hanzhong Expressway, Yujing Expressway and Qinling Tunnel of Xikang Highway have been newly started. Xi’an-Wuhan, Xi’an-Hefei Expressway have also entered the national dishes .
